This is a community meeting to assist the LA County  Department of Public Health in developing and recommending interventions to be funded by the State of California Perinatal Equity Initiative.

INTERVENTION PROGRAM DESIGN INPUT MEETING

The South LA/South Bay AAIMM Community Action Team will meet on August 19 from 2pm to 4pm at Curtis Tucker Health Center to:

At this meeting we will:

• Review African American infant and maternal mortality-related data in South LA/South Bay
  
• Discuss and confirm the prioritized interventions selected through the online poll from the recent webinar
  
• Draft a high-level logic model for the selected interventions (how will the selected interventions impact AAIMM in South LA/South Bay
  
• Identify key program elements to recommend as a part of the program design

Individuals who did not participate in the online survey or webinar can still attend, but are asked that they view the webinar so that they are as knowledgeable as possible, and to enable the group to engage in effective and equitable decision-making.
