Happy Black History Month!
This month we are gearing up to celebrate in Black excellence, joy, and community in a BIG way. Each year we host a reunion event for our Black Mamas Glowing© Alumni.
This year i.D.R.E.A.M for Racial Health Equity and Breastfeed LA are teaming up to bring the documentary, Chocolate Milk by Elizabeth Gray-Bayne to the Culver Theater. This will be a reunion to remember!! Everyone is invited to join us as we honor the Black Mamas Glowing Alumni since 2020 and build community with Breastfeed LA's premiere lactation support group, Titties and Tea.
The director of Chocolate Milk, Elizabeth Gray-Bayne and community lactation expert, Ms. Lydia O. Boyd will join us in-person for the Q&A and Panel Discussion.
Mark your calendars for February 27, 2025 to experience our first in-person event, “Sips of Strength, Stories of Glowing: Chocolate Milk Screening Reunion”.
