The time for the official launch of the San Gabriel Valley AAIMM Community Action Team is quickly approaching!

On Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 5:30pm-7:30pm we will be holding the First Convening of the San Gabriel Valley African American Infant & Maternal Mortality (AAIMM) Community Action Team (CAT) virtually. Whether you have attended a planning meeting for this big day in the past, stumbled on a flyer or was connected to this email by word of mouth, we welcome you. This AAIMM CAT is a forum for all who want to reduce and stop health disparities facing African American/Black moms and babies in San Gabriel Valley.
