A Conversation with the communities we serve  Facilitated by Kaiser Permanente Southern California Learning and Leadership Development

This free event is designed to help you explore the nuances around diversity and inclusion conversations, create a space for self-reflection,
and move to a place of meaningful and impactful action. You will be guided as you move beyond your comfort zone, uncover biases, and courageously engage in conversations around racial equity and systemic injustice. Participants will be introduced to a Comfort to Growth Zone model promoting increased self-awareness and meaningful steps toward growth. Using a deeper look into the connections between our past and present, participants will gain tools to engage in constructive conversations around equity and inclusion.
